This is a space where anyone, whether they are employees, collaborators or third parties, can send detailed reports of illegal activity and suspicious behavior in utmost confidence; irregularities in business management; acts or events that may constitute a violation of the internal and external rules governing Marcegaglia’s activity and the principles and rules of conduct contained in the Code of Ethics and Form 231.
The area should only be used to report violations: complaints will not be taken into account.
